4th June 2026
Wing Boarding: Llanfairfechan
Wind Direction: SW
Wind Stength: F5
Surf / Sea State: Swells and chop
Air Temperature: 18
Sea Temperature: 14.3
Weather: Sun and Cloud
Max Speed:
Distance Covered:

Looked windy and decided to try 4.5m at 6.5 psi in its 6-8psi range and it handled strong gusts very well and still pumped up in lulls. In amongst the big chop were areas of good swells to ride. The 800 Carve doesn't have the glide of 900 but is smoother and easier to turn and more fun on the right waves.
